What we collect
- When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the tour, date and number of travellers, and the amount paid. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are not shared with us.
- When you contact us: the messages you send by email or WhatsApp.
- On the website: your language choice and saved favourites are kept in your own browser (local storage). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — processes card payments.
- Railway — hosts this website and our booking records.
- Google — email and our booking spreadsheet; this website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
- Your tour leader and driver receive your name and number of travellers so they can check you in.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for your booking or a complaint.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email europe.sopung@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
